Beavercreek Popcorn Festival

The weekend following Labor Day means Popcorn Festival in Beavercreek. On Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 11 and 12, Dayton-Xenia Road between Fairfield Road and Meadow Bridge Drive will be transformed into a popcorn lover’s paradise. More than 200 booths will offer classic popcorn and specialties, plus other festival foods, along with artisan crafts and special services. A special children’s area will include make-and-take activities, face-painting, and other amusements with the purchase of children’s area tickets. Live music will include a Beatles tribute band on Saturday evening; the Beavercreek High School Marching Band and Systems Go on Sunday. The Popcorn Fest 5K will be held on Saturday morning before the festival opening. A classic car show in Shoup Park will take place on Sunday afternoon. Please note that parking in the Beavercreek Plaza will be limited this year because of construction. For more info, visit http://BeavercreekPopcornFestival.org.
