DPO’s ‘Twas the Night: Holiday at Home

I couldn’t think of a better way to kick off the 2010 holiday season than with Dayton Philharmonic’s ‘Twas the Night: Holiday at Home, part of the Kettering Health Network’s SuperPops Series. The tour will take us to our own Gem City for the holidays. The last DPO presentation of the Holiday at Home SuperPops series was in 2004, and according to the DPO, fans have been asking for it to return ever since. It’s a bright and cheerful mix of orchestral favorites, top vocalists, choirs and additional festive treats. Even if you’re not a huge fan of classical music, this is sure to get you in the holiday spirit, no matter your musical tastes.

The show runs Friday, Dec. 3 and Saturday, Dec. 4 at the Schuster Center. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets range from $40 to $80. For more information, or to buy tickets, visit www.daytonphilharmonic.com or call (888) 228-3630.
