2. George, Sylvester, Sylvey – Bonadies Glass Studio

George (top), Sylvester (not pictured) and Sylvey (bottom) live at Bonadies Glass Studio where their human works. She says the boys are friendly and outgoing, but Sylvie usually keeps to herself.

3. Mr. Eko – Dark Star

Mr. Eko is the third cat that’s lived at Dark Star, and he’s somewhat of a Yellow Springs celebrity. He enjoys sleeping in the aisles when it’s not too busy, and playing in the comic books when he has more energy.

4. Rosie – Import House

Rosie serves as a greeter at the Import House in Yellow Springs. She loves playing with humans that come in to shop.

5. Sammy and Wolfie – Miami Valley Pottery

Sammy and Wolfie were born near the firing kiln, where their mother tried to find warmth on a cold night. They were found days later by one of the employees, and owner Naysan McIlhargey took them in.

6. Chica – Glen Garden Gifts

Chica , the working pet and unofficial mascot of Glen Garden Gifts, breaks the stereotypes of a Chihuahua. According to her human Daria Mabra, she loves kids and can sense when they walk in the store.

7. Hunny and Bunny – Ohio Silver

Hunny and Bunny may be working pets, but they lead a life of leisure at Ohio Silver, where they live.

8. Archie and Woody – Young’s Jersey Dairy

Woody and Archie live at Young’s Jersey Dairy, where they serve as unofficial guard dogs and like to sneak onto hayrides.
